What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we ask that you review and respect the following policy:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

2. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours):
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please contact Stacy directly by phone or email. In this case, you will receive a 75% refund of the service fee.

3. No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the full service fee.
