Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
2. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours):
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please contact Stacy directly by phone or email. In this case, you will receive a 75% refund of the service fee.
3. No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the full service fee.
